I think my GSXR injectors are 240cc/min and not the 270cc I was expecting as I am now at 4.5bar and still reaching >90% duty cycle at full chat. This may also suggest that I'm making more power than I was expecting

Has anyone who has used GSXR ITBs got the suzuki injectors (from 1000cc or above) that they have not used? I really don't want to re-engineer it to use car injectors just now.

Bad news about your injectors. 4.5bar is a shade higher than I would want to run

I hear that Pico injectors are a direct replacement for GSXR ones. I think they are made by Weber. May not be cheap, assuming you can find S/H ones but the flow would be much better.

It might be worth trying Malc at Yorkshire Engines as he may have had a broken engine to strip for bits.
