Spotted on a Tiger Cat for 3k on Piston heads NTDWM

yellow tiger cat E1 2 Ltr pinto runns very well head ported and polished, 270 piper cam, twin 45 delorto carbs westfield remote gear extention, acwell digital speedo and rev counter MOT till april 08. body needs some attention, need some fiberglass to near side rear wing and alloy has a dent in it.did this last year and dose not effect the car in any way it is a very easy job to repair. will make an exerlent winter project

I wouldnt touch the above car with a barge pole - there was a thread on the Tiger forum after it was put up for sale there about a month ago. Basically it was "sold" via ebay and when the winning bidder went to collect it, it was not as described.

i have a locost for sale. 1700 crossflow, stuart taylor chassis. £2k with no mot, been offroad nearly 4 years. Runs but needs a tune. SVA'd 2002 i think, but i dont have the docs to hand.

No problem - dont want a lister to end up buying a complete lemon. The bloke selling it joined the Tiger list to advertise it and proved himself to be a complete pillock. Take a look at the thread and note his asking price (and then his comment further down!!)
