i have fibre glass seat, but wouldn't mind some seat pads for road use, on a track its not an issue but with potholes every little bit of give counts

Cheers

thanks, they do look good (my seats are from JK Composites), but it's over £100 for a pair, I'm pretty skint at the moment and hoped to pick up a secondhand set for less.

Try looking at Dining chair cushion pads, Ikea do them from about £4 each, use stickyback velcro to attach them. Very Locost.

How about some camping mat cut to shape and fixed with velcro?

I found this silver finished in Decathlon.

How well is the foam lasting? thought it would take hammering being uncovered (although they do look damn cool).

Following regular use and the occasional trackday, they are standing up particularly well. This is a recent picture after being fitted for possibly 6 months.
