Does anyone know where i can get or get made some 1" steel round bar with a 1/2" unf hole tapped in it. They need to be 2" in length for making rose jointed upper wishbone at the front.

Perfectly feasible to tap this by hand
I've a lathe and the taps, so could make them for you if you can get the material to me.
If you want off-the-shelf try Rally Design or Matt at CBS will probably oblige.
