Ouch! good luck with finding that
the Eagle F1 is more of an enthusiasts tyre, so id have thought that they are normally well hammered by the end of their lifespan.
Personally i wont buy part worns anymore... a few years ago i bought 2 for the front of my car for its MOT, about 2 months later i end up losing
control of the car, and smashing into a parked up lorry... the car was destroyed, and i was taken to hospital in an ambulance... the police came to
inspect the car to find the tyres were under the limit so now ive got 2x CU30 convictions
Davey - that wasn't really the fact that you bought part worns though as you could have run brand new tyres under that limit between MOT's
(more likely in a powerful or heavy car but you get my drift).
Not that I really like the use of part worns although I have bought them once or twice in the past.
Its funny that some people won't buy part worn tyres to fit to their existing wheels but will happily fit a set of second hand alloys with
tyres...
