i have a 38dgas and manifold i was going to fit but not needed now not sure what its worth make me an offer
38 DGAS is a good carb when set up correctly. IIRC it was an optional power upgrade on RS2000's. More commonly fitted to V6's.
I had one before the bike carbs. Probs the best of the std ford carbs to use before you get into quad carb set ups. Passed SVA with mine as well.
Thanks for the replies guys
Richwell i also have no idea on value, i just need something for me next project- got me a p100 pick up with what looks like a carb from a lawnmower
on it!!
pse let me know how much you would like for the man/carb
cheers colin
do the P100's have the low compression version of the pinto or is that just transits ??
I dont know! but it does have a 205 block if that helps!!
cheers colin
someone correct me if I'm wrong - but I think they put low comp pistons in them
(I think its writen on the piston tops)
easy enough to swap for normal ones if your re-building it
Yes i will be replacing them as i have a set of v6 cologne ones to put init!!
should beef it up a wee bit.
