Anyone know where I can find a small piece of this stuff? About 100mm x 30mm, 2mm or 3mm thick.

I want to make a transparent lid for a small box containing my JAW display (a) to keep the dirt out, (b) stop the gubbins getting damaged and (c) to improve the contrast so I can actually see the numbers.

I had a look on the bay of E but I could only find huge sheets of the stuff (relatively huge - still about 20 times bigger than I need).

Maplin sell small project boxes in Transparent Red for this very purpose. You could knock something up using the larger face of one of these.

Found what I wanted!

Had a rethink, and searched on "red perspex" - loads of stuff popped up, some of it in smallish pieces and at a sensible price.
