Thankfully not bolts come loose from diff side and bent the casing.

Lobro bolts do sure like coming undone.....

I'd recommend a thorough degreasing followed by oodles of threadlock. Make sure you degrease the thread in the diff to (a cotton bud or 50 works well!!!)....
