On the scrounge - Copper pipe
Blackbird Rush - 9/7/08 at 02:17 PM

I'm after a couple of lengths of copper pipe to link my brake fluid header to the master cylinders (as there is a tight bend required the rubber pipe i have collapses).

8 or 10mm would be fine a 1 half metre length should be plenty.

Thought of using some microbore plumbing pipe but you can only buy it in 10M rolls

Anyone have any or have any better ideas?

Cheers

Ash.

old beetles have a similar problem where the pipe goes from the boot to the....err space below as it too is a tight bend and sharp edges, they use a small steel pipe for that section returning to the rubber hose too the m/s, so just use the microbore pipe...

I've got some microbore [8mm I think] that I used for a fuel line left over that you are welcome to.
