Dick Axtell - 7/7/14 at 03:56 PM

Discovered this item on the Bay :-

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=181457303060

Looks more like an ex-Westie screen, to me. Do not recall side stanchions like this item being fitted to Caterham.
Any comments, corrections, additional info?

"...There is a heated s3 screen on there for £200 ATM".

Thanks for pointing out that one.

Be careful of the heated screen scam..... seen it done by the same seller five times over.

Seller has a broken heated screen.

Seller "sells" heated the screen relatively cheaply, once the screen arrives its "broken" buyer reports this to seller.

Seller : oh sorry! let me refund you instantly, and we will have the screen uplifted....

Buyer is happy at getting an instant refund...... leaves positive feedback

Screen is uplifted.

Seller has insured the screen with the courier at the full cost to replace a caterham heated screen, claims this on couriers insurance.

Seller gets full cost of a broken screen over and over, a very good return on very little outlay, the couriers & the buyers are the unwitting victims.
