Can I enable automatic mixture control with Tunerstudio? or do I need to go back to Megatune??

As in closed loop from the lambda sensor?
You shouldn't really need to if it's mapped OK.
Off the top of my head it's in the first drop down list, then EGO, and there shoud be an option in there.
