My eldest son has a Marushin M1 Garand rifle the same as in the link below.
When it was assembled a grub screw was not locating allowing a brass tube in the gas chamber to come loose, this then came adrift destroying the two
"O" rings on it.
I have measured the rings and they appear to be .5mm section by 6mm diameter, Question is where can I get rings this small, I have never seen the like
and all the hydrolics shops I have tried cant help.
Help please.

i might just have somthing close
we use them in pubs ect when fitting in all the pipework for co2
i will check tomorrow i will drop a cpl in the post if you u2u me your address

Hydraulic suppliers should be able to get you them as they will be a std part. No idea where or who to speak to in cov though. I am off home in a
week, and i can have a word in my local one, usually very helpful. Let me know if you dont get sorted and I'll find some and post 'em to

David I have tried Norgren up Bayton rd, and Pirtek in Hillfields. All say they cant help

That looks like 6mm x 1mm to me - a common size.
Reeves sell them - but you seem to be OK from other people!

O rings are normally measured id x cross section, 0.5 is not very common, from your picture it almost looks like 4mm id. Carefully measure one and let me know the size, I will check on tuesday.
From what I can tell from the above posts it looks like this picture was posted by oadamo as an offer of the wrong size one and not by the person
thats asking for a 0.5mm one.

You could try nuneaton hose and fittings.
checked the box in my van
smallest is .75 section, and too small in diameter for what you want

if i'd seen this on saturday, i've have nipped into nuneaton hose and fittings for you (round the corner from where i live).
Bit difficult for me to get to them during the week - if you call them and they have them in stock i can try and make it or pick them up on saturday
for you if they won't post.
My brother is well into Airsoft, as am I, and he reckons a 5mm x 0.8mm should do the job. These are a common size and come in the multi O-ring packs
you can get from most markets these days.
For a couple of quid a pack it has to be worth a try!
As you had listed an Airsoft shop I take it you have tried one of them for the O-ring? Probably not the cheapest option!
PS. That rifle looks fabulous. I love the old WWII equipment.
