It looks quite a tight spot - i think it takes a certain amount of special skill to manage that.

The ones I've previously seen at angles like that tend to be TWOC shortly after the spotty oik sees a policecar and panics.

Well they certainly can't book it for parking on the footpath because it isn't!
I bet the copper is booking it for driving across the footpath.
