It's running....just about! It's running very rough though and not on all cylinders consistently. Are there any tell tale signs from this
video of the Megasquirt software?
An msq file would be useful to see what is going on.
Looks like you are running MAP for the fuel table, you'll need either a blended table , or for simplicity use alpha-n, there is a starter for
10.
Cheers Ian
Manifold air temp shows -40 farenheight.
Have you an air sensor connected is it calibrated - MS will be putting loads of fuel in thinking its that temp.
May want to change to centigrade too.
Ian - I have an msq file I can email if it helps, just U2U your email.
I wasn't sure about that inlet temp either.....spotted it after doing the test and realised what it might be doing. I'll look at
re-calibrating it...although I'm running bike throttle bodies so where would I mount it!?
Edit...come to think of it, I don't think there's a sensor attached so maybe I should fit one!?

Mines fitted into backplate to filter but you can tiewrap it to a body for now.
Deffo fit one otherwise MS will not fuel correctly

As already said air and water temp sensors must be accurate
I see you have MAP and FPR connected, best leave both open to atmos and setup ECU to run in Alpha N only.
Ensure your TPS is working properly and calibrated.
Have you balanced your throttle bodies?
Other than the air temp needing sorting as mentioned above, it's way to lean to the point of not being able to run when you open the throttle.
Don't be surprised if when you do make the air temp work and that then takes more fuel out that it doesn't run at all then.
Get a file of someone with a similar set-up/sensors. Use tps/alpha N.
Ian
Thanks for all the input and the U2Us guys, I'll have a look at the air temp tonight and reply to U2Us. There is an empty plug in the loom near
to where I'd expect the inlet manifold sensor to be, so there's every chance it just needs hooking up.
When I fitted the tps (which is a Suzuki one) and calibrated it, the blue bar doesn't travel the full length on the screen. I calibrated fully
open and fully closed as end points but the bar isn't goi g from zero to whatever the other end value is (300 ish). Is that also going to cause
an issue or does the tps just need the end points?
I would also have a look at the fuel filter looks like a carb one ?
