Way O/T - Nintendo DS Lite

My daughter wants a pink DS lite for xmas. Need to find a brand new one. Anyone know where the cheapest high street type place is?
Tesco at just under £100 seems to be the best ive seen.

I dont want to do mail order. Cant be doing with the stress of waiting for it or sending back if it fails.

Game, the high street shops is the best i found. £99 with a free game. Thats where I just bought one after a few weeks of shopping around.

I know you said no mail order, but if there isn't a Game near you then they do online sales too,

And if you were slightly dodgy then you could then get an R4 card, or similar, and load about 20 games onto it. Totally illegal and I wouldn't condone that sort of thing. (ps amazon is the place for them, about £15 inc postage )

http://www.play.com/Games/DS/4-/1131801/Nintendo-DS-Lite-Console-Pink/Product.html

I've never had a problem with play.com in 5 years of using them. Postage is free on everything - they've got different postage bands depending on the price of your item.

DVDs are 2nd class 2-5 days
xbox games are 1st class
electronics over 70 quid IIRC are recorded first class or courier?

So technically you could get it tomorra. Failing that, tesco

why does it have to be a brand new one, you can get them off the bay with in tip top condition with games etc.

Thnks for fast resonse. Deal at Game seams to be quite good.

Only reason for not liking mail order is that ive nearly been stung before buying a popular item before christmas and it took ages to arrive even though the website showed them in stock. (It was for a Disney type item following a film release - everyone was going mad for them so there was probs an issue getting them into warehouses). I also like being able to go back to a shop if anything goes wrong.

Wife seems to think that Xmas prezzies must be new! I must admit im a bit like that too. Will happily have 2nd hand for myself but prefer to get the kids new stuff.

Obviously im not dodgy so wouldnt dream about getting an R4 card, however if i was where would the games come from to load onto it? I assume they are downloaded from select sites on the internet?

And I absolutely do not have a DVD with 200 DS games on it - so no point asking me!

Darren, Morty reckoned Amazon but checking it, Play.com is £40 cheaper for the pink one!

Vince says the Asda's is the cheapest.

DONT PAY OVER A 100!

You'd need to go Mail order for a card to put games on, I can vouch for www.dealextreme.com
Good company, delivery does take a few weeks, but it's the best part of two months until Christmas is upon us anyway

They've got the R4, but my personal choice after having a few of them is the Supercard One
