intercom system

Looking for some advice / recommendations…

I am looking for some sort of helmet intercom system that will allow me to communicate between two helmets and also be able to plug an mp3 player in and / or a headphone output from a Sat Nav.

Best system I've used is the Autocom one used for bikes....I've got the Bluetooth module for it and can make & receive calls, talk to my passenger & listen to music on my MP3 player plus listen to the SatNav lady....all while wearing a lid

Autocom 300,used to retail at around 300 pounds, but are now being sold off half price, have seen as low as 135 with free delivery on ebay,I read bike magasine write ups and these come top against many other systems that cost a lot more.
