Wtd: Speedo cable for Pinto Automatic

I've passed every aspect of the SVA EXCEPT my speedo cable is b*gg*r*d. The needle flickers because the inner has been damaged by mosture -> rust. Of course, when I tested it, it was fine; when the SVA man drove the car, it played up!

So does anyone have a Sierra speedo cable for an Auto-box, please?
I've tried various motor factors and Ford dealers (none in stock & NLA)

I realise you will need a new gauge but a last resort how about this?

Or is the output different on the auto box (I have a manual) but this is the same as mine

Thanks for your help, serieslandy.
Very different g/box end with the auto.
I've put a couple of pics in my archive under 'Speedometer Cable'
