fuel filler hose 51 to 57mm

I need a small length (6 inches) of fuel filler hose but one end needs to fit 51mm (tank neck) and the other 57mm (aero cap). Where can I get some rubber fuel hose about 51/52mm without the wire reinforcement? That way I`m hoping to stretch it up to the 57mm size! Anyone got any spare?
Thanks,
Nick

^ i don't think that particular hose is fuel resistant like it suggests. its the fluro-wotsit lined hose thats fuel resistant. and expensive too

I enquired about the reducer hose and its not fuel resistant. To make it fuel resistant it needs to be sent away to be fluro lined which takes about 5 weeks!
I can`t be the only one to encounter this problem. What have others done?
