type 9 gearbox.

has anyone got a type9 laying about?
mine is damaged at the output shaft end,so the oil pours out !!

are you sure it doesnt just need an oil seal..

I do have a couple of box's if you need one.

the seal is oval shaped from the damage to the end of the box. i wont be able to put a new seal in
what boxes have you got?

They are both just standard sierra boxs.

Steel bellhousing

I have one in a 1.8 cvh that I am braking.

Drove the car on the road no whines etc..
