Car trailer hire/ loan
SVA booked tried phonng around to hire a trailer with little luck.
Anyone help in Torbay/ Exeter/ Plymouth areas?

You know you can drive it to the SVA?
Like you can a pre-booked MOT.
Some say it makes a good impression on the SVA inspector too.

hi lighting i hired mine from a place called ALLENS trailers in exeter 01392278123 / 07967563169 nice guy meets you by the showground and takes you to
where its kept
it was £40 a day and £100 deposit its a big trailer but i got on it ok.
i,ll put a picture on my archive if you want.

Thanks for that I will give him a call.
I could drive in ,but the Newton Road is a pig in the morning and the nerves will be bad enough with out stopping and starting all the time. There is
a single track road you can use but without a reverse gear that could cause problems
Got a quote for the insurance today at £115 fully comp which I thought was very good (3k miles limit).

These folks do trailer hire, including car transporters.
Indespension
It may be worth seeing if they have a depot near you. They didn't have what I wanted - a lightweight car transporter - but they did have
others. You may need a big/heavy vehicle to tow the transporter!
