I had another thought over the weekend - think Tim Gray swapped one out of James Walker's Phoenix over the winter - I have no idea what state it
is in.

You could try Mike at RaceSpares on 07808476377 or Kev Stevenson who rebuilds bike engines (and
shares a unit with Mike) on 07941315272. They're over near Ormskirk.
I've got my old engine sitting in my workshop... but I need to hang on to it in case I have an issue with the new onw before I go away next
month.

Can he borrow it for a few weeks. I'm sure he's not going to thrash it round Knockhill or anything like that. No no no, nothing like that
at all. I think he just needs it to go shopping with, as his daily driver's bust.

I'm still considering doing Knockhill. The JPSC Scottish contingent were trying to persuade me at weekend. I did say I would... but I was under
the influence at the time. Apparently "Yeh'll be a Poofing Fook if yeh doon't" or something like that.

If you need to tick Knockhill off your list, this is the one to do. And if you've made a promise to a Scotsman... well, life won't be
worth living if you fail to deliver! Perhaps you and Bigfoot can share a motor.
....back on topic.. R1 motor required.. sooooooon!

Standard one?
The one he rebuilt for me (exBSB) is a monster. Tell him I've not broken it... yet.
