WTD: Ali channel
Looking for 6 feet of U channel aluminum in size 1" x 1/2" x 1/2" light duty or 2/3mm thick.
Cheapest i can find is on the bay at around £25, that over £4/ft!
Trying to think of any household/car items I can make some out of....

B&Q do a selection of aluminium, not sure if they do the size your but they do 2m lenghts

The channel you screw to the wall to hold a shower screen glazed panel in place ?
