7 Replica wanted for engine transplant

Looking for a replica 7 with independent rear end have a budget of around £5000.
Would look at part built/ rolling chassis or fully built.
What have people got that they are looking to sell.

This would suit the K series well. Yes it is a live axle but leaves lots of spare budget to either convert it to irs or sort out the live axle with the right ratio and an lsd. Long first or close ratio box and decent brakes and off you go. In these light cars there is not that much difference between live and irs And the striker is arguably one of the best handling of the bunch.

Just my 2p worth.
