Is there a specific reason for you wanting a R/H drive? I let the speedo cable come out into the footwell and found it didnt get in the way of my
peddles. Mind you mine are Mk 2 Escort based and not floor mounted which may be a consideration for you.

I posted this about 3 years back ...... might be worth checking out?
I was looking at these - not sure if anyone has come across these but the website is very interesting and they say carriage charges are low on small
parts - they are about half the price of Burtons at $88 - £55 - but not sure of the quality. Look ok though? Also, I've not checked the
dimensions will fit either yet as I've only just found the site.

yes, that's what I have on the sprint car - but this is a road car I've rebuilt for someone else, so it can't go through the body
tub.
These are Reliant Scimitars - CVH and type 9 from the factory but I've lowered the floors which impacts the standard cable route.

What a terrible website
I can't see anything that would fit a type 9 - do you mean #40/41/42?

Yes those ones - they look to be the correct part but would have to check the thread sizes and internal square size but they seem to be Ford
fitment?
I will need one also at some point but all those I have found are around £95 mark.
