Job for someone on a mill and lathe
Hi Everyone
I need another job done on a lathe and mill, please. Can anyone help? Happy to pay for your time!
Job is to make a hybrid axle to accept gokart sprocket and brake disc (for a 25mm axle) mobility scooter hubs (for a 19mm axle).
- Start with a 25mm diameter solid axle
- Turn approx 40mm of each end down to 19mm diameter
- Add 15mm of screw thread to each end
- Mill four keyways, two at each end
Axle length will be ~700mm so narrower than a normal kart axle.
