Sierra donor value

Hi everyone. The car in question is a 1985 2 litre, auto box. It has been standing for four years and is part of the estate of my friends late father. Her sister is claiming the car and is offering to pay £300 for it.
Does £300 sound right? I thought it might sell for more than that as a complete donor with V5. It will probably run with some fresh fuel and a battery. Would it have a desirable diff ratio?

As a donor it has little going for it, 1985 is probally a carbed pinto with a worthless gearbox so I would say £300 is good money.

I know of two complete Sierras and a Granada that the chap wanted £150 each on, so £300 seems generous for an auto based donor.
