Hard to come by.
The chap at MK Engineering said he would make one up for me, provided i sent the old one off. (Not MKSportscars)

yup they are but u never know on here :-)
was also wondering if the mac1 or Haynes ones are the same

From my research they do not.
Only the MK indy one will fit.
