Ford 1600 XFlow Sump
Need a sump for the Lotus Twin Cam I'm in the process of building for a friends Mk1 Escort
The current Lotus one its fitted with isn't any good for the Escort application as it won't fit
Anyone have a 1600 Crossflow one in the garage or shed ?

They're getting like rocking horse poo. You can modify a 1300 with a hammer to relieve the bits the crank hits.
If anyone has a few I'd be interested in the second one after the original poster gets the first.

Completely agree Mike
I can't believe the price of some of the old parts now to what they used to be and as they get rarer they'll only increase
Eg I see Cosworth cam covers now being advertised for £500 and remember paying £20 for one a few years ago

Do you have a pic of what you want, I have a few ford sumps tucked away, the one I think I may have is factory baffled too.
