OT - Sierra DOHC exhaust manifold - DESPERATE!!!

Hi,

I have a problem with my S2N car( www.staples2naples.com). It's a Sierra Sapphire 2.0 DOHC 1991 model.
The event is next week and it's just failed the MOT with a cracked manifold.

Are there any other models with the same exhaust manifold as the DOHC 2.0 Sierra? I fear I'll need to go on a scraphead challenge this weekend so any tips will be very very helpful.

Didn't some Granadas use the DOHC engine? if so manifold may be the same.

If you want a real laugh, have a look at the forum and see what a complete mess the hotel arrangements have been.

The Swiss hotel for the 1st night banquet was flooded and the ground floor ruined. The italian hotels never confirmed bookings and lots of people have been told recently that they are without accomodation. Now there's fuel blockade and Dover might be targetted.

This rally appears to be jinxed, but that's all part of the challenge. Kinda like building your own car :eek:

I'll be sure to post a load of photos for you all when we get back. I did a similar rally last year but that was not in a £50 old banger, it was in my own daily motor and that was enough of a challenge. This will be a near impossible task
