38mm or 1.5 inch hose .

I require some short lengths of hose to fit the throttle bodys to my manifold, either 38mm or 1.5 inch bore will do or i could make do with 40mm .4 pieces 50mm long will be adequate, but cant find anywhere selling less than a meter length.Im not fussy about what type it is as just need to be able to mount the throttle bodys for now so even radiator hose would do to start with.

I think 38mm is standard radiator hose size. Go down the scrappies and see what they have laying about. Always worth a try

I think it is rad hose size as well , but not many cars have hoses with enough straight bits in them and they are also often size at the ends but reduced slightly in the middle .Still worth a try will have a look over the next few days.

Hi Paul

I'm probably in a similar position - my throttle bodies are away having the manifold made so I can't tell you the exact size. I was going to buy a length of Samco hose and see if anybody in a similar position wanted to buy some of it off me.

I'll measure them up when I get them back at the end of the week hopefully.

Regards

Wyn
