mk2 escort quick steering rack
where's the best i.e. cheapest place to get a mk2 escort steering rack.
best/cehapest is rally design at £ 79.50.
any good, I have seen other advertisements asking for £ 120 !!

Rally design are about as good if not better then most on price and supply,i've never had any problems with them in the past.
I did get a rack for a mk2 from http://www.partsforoldercars.co.uk a few years back for about £40 recon no exchange,it was though a normal road rack

Is that the full rack ?
When I looked into this for £80 you only get the internals, literally a new rack and pinion only (Quaife etc).
NB/ someplace near Heathrow was flogging just the quick rack & Pinion at £40.

yup whole rack
I just found the reciept from partsforoldercars.co.uk mk2 escort steering rack £29.50 without the VAT that made it £34.66 and a fiver for delivery.

If you order from QH, you can get a standard escort MK2 rack for £28 !
Its not a quick rack, but its new and complete !

who or what are QH? more info. please. is that for new rck? s/h are just £9 less so this sounds good.
