Zetec info

Can anyone who has a 2.0litre Mondeo tin top haynes manual help me out?

I need some info for setting up my MegaSquirt.

I need to know wht the Max Torque figure is and at what revs it is developed and the max BHP figure and again at what revs.
The third spec I need is a little more obscure and I'm not sure it will be in the Haynes manual but I need to know how much fuel the standard injectors are capable of flowing, in either CC's per minute or lbs per hour.
Any help appreciated.
Thanks

This site will help with the power figures, and I'm sure someone will have the injector info or know where it is

Cheers

Alex

if you ask, I'm sure there's a few people around here with base maps you can use as a starting point...

Got Haynes book open

Pre 4/1998 100kW @ 6000 rpm
Post 5/1998 96kW @ 6000 rpm

No torque figures to be found, or injector flow rates.

suspiciously round numbers for rpm IMO

probably useless I'm afraid.

Thanks for the replies so far.
I forgot all about the Zeetec Cat site
That has the power/torque figures I needed for generating the base maps.
I still need the injector flow figures if anyone can help. if not I guess it will be a call to the Ford Technical help line at £1.00 a minute

Injector fuel rates are here (found link in PPC letters page )

http://www.rsparks.com/tech_ref/fuel_injectors.html

Will need the serial numbers of the injectors as the list is rather UScentric in the vehicles column.

If grey, they're apparently 330cc/min (just seen another post with this in)

Thanks for that Stevebubs.
That sounds about right.
I was estimating about 500cc/min from some rough info I got from an Aussie tuning site that listed some Nippon Denso injectors
A value of 330 will give me a much better injection time in milliseconds as at 500 it was way too short.
