I have a Sony radio cassette head unit and 10 disc changer including all cables if you're interested. Even have some speakers too!
Not after much for the whole lot - U2U me if you're interested.

if you're buying cheap, make sure it comes with the sub loom on the back that takes it to ISO plugs (2 blocks of 8), usually from a 16 pin
connector on the back of the stereo.
the leads individually are £30 a piece form autoleads, and even more from the manuf'rs. we get chavs all the time that have bought a radio for a
tenner in the pub, but it doesnt have the loom. the look on their faces when you tell them it's useless without this £30 lead is priceless.
