ZX-10 Oil Baffle Plate Wanted
Hi, I need help ;o)
Basically, I live in the Caribbean and there little or no assistance when it come to Bike or Bike Engines .. I built a Super 7 from scratch and
managed to find an ‘old-crashed’ ZX-10 and put the engine in my car. I am trying to autocross the car and apart from overfilling it with oil, I would
like a bit more security concerning the oil system and starvation..
I have done some research and there is the drysump option .. but the engine is so old and the drysump system costs sooo much .. I am now thinking that
I can overfill and baffle and if necessary accusump ..
Do you happen to have a (old) baffle from a 1989 ZX-10 engine lying around ? Do you know anyone who does ?
I have contacted numerous racing ‘shops’ but no-one has these for sale .. no doubt because they don’t make them anymore .. even if I could find some
plans/schematics for one of these I would manufacture it locally .. of course if you have one and are willing to sell that would be great as well ..

Funny that I have been looking for a baffle plate for my ZX12 today. You could try asking
