Think the Payens catalogue may show gaskets but not sure of scale

I've just drawn up a blacktop Zetec Inlet in AutoCAD, based on measurements taken from the plastic inlet manifold. Printed it out on paper and it fits the plastic manifold as well as I could have hoped (not checked against the engine, will do that this weekend). It will be a few weeks before I have the flange machined out of Aluminium, so the final fit has yet to be tested.

Inlet manifold gaskets only cost a couple of quid from the local motor factors. Making manifolds is a nice idea but I was put off using gaskets as the template as they are often in accurate. I also found that there were far too many variations in carbs that people wanted to stick on the manifold. All the best with it though!!!

I could send you an old inlet manifold i have kicking around for a series 1 silvertop from my 1800,its of no use to me so you might as well copy it.

As mentioned some aftermarket gaskets are very inacurate infact OE can sometimes be as bad.
