Drills
Its cheaper to buy a selection of drills , if you need to go larger with the jets sizes.
I get mine from here :
www.drill-service.co.uk/
they go up in .005mm , i.e 1.4 ,1.45, 1.50, etc.

Surprised
What size are your carbs 36mm /38mm?
I'd be surprised if you needed less than 160/170.
Unless you have a restrictive air filter.
What about the needle ? , these carbs spend a lot of time running on the needle portion of the range.

Theyr 38 i think. Set up by bogg bros. I have a sausage filter on it which makes hell of a difference to the running. I havent taken the bowels
off so not sure of the jet size, Just guessing.
