£35.25 incl VAT (though presumably + P&P) from MK, according to their website... though it does say "Effective from 1st March 2005)"
Otherwise, a piece of ali sheet rolled round a pole at the bottom to make the radius, holes for gauges and some vinyl on top and Robert's your

is this one for sale with all the swithces or holes cut out? If it its about as much use as...........
or have you a new blank for sale for less than £100
