Anyone got an expensive top quality rowing machine for sale for not a lotta money??
I dont want a cheap belt / band style one. Prefer air blower or water flywheel type.

Mine isn't for sale, but I can highly recommend the Concept 2 rowing machines. I bought a Model D one in november last year, and have recently
passed the 1.5million metres mark on it. Still performing like new

We have loads of expensive ones in Cambridge but most take nine people to operate them.

Ive used a Concept 2 rower in a gym (admittedly a few years ago) and yeah, they are the dogs. Would love one now but even 2nd hand they are a few
more pennies than i have.
Saw an Oxford 2 in JJB few days ago - seemed to be OK. Id rather get a better one 2nd hand though. Hate the feel of the cheap machines.

I've worn out a lot of budget kit bought cheaply from papers/friends/family etc. So its about time I invested in a decent bit of kit and yep a
Concept II is currently my first choice.
Could be a good time of year to find a bargain when those new year get fit resolutions get broken!

The Concept 2 machines are a bit pricey, but they do seem to hold a lot of their orginal value if you ever come to sell it on again.
I managed to persuade SWMBO that it was a good investment because of that, and also that it would pay for itself in around 18 months (i.e. the savings
for not being amember of the local gym).
One good place to look for secondhand concept 2 machines, is the concept 2 forums (surprisingly!).
Cheers

Ive been searching for a 2nd hand C2 - my word are they a lot Im really struggling to find a decent newish one for under £800. Ive ordered a new one
tonight as a result. Cant wait until Friday. Im am very unfit and for too aoverweight to talk about so really looking forward to it now. Im sure it
will be tough at first but as with cycling once you get over the hurdle they can be rather addictive.
I just need to find out where to place it in the house and rig up some vibes and flat screen nearby.
