Wanted: Loan of a Megajolt Pls

As the title would suggest.

I'm having problems with my ignition, it's a bit rough when cold but it's fine once it warms up.

I've done the usual things, changed plugs, EDIS and coil pack and also checked the leads.

So what I'm asking is ... Is there anyone local to me (Bradford) that would be able to lend me their megajolt box for a couple of hours/days.

Look, you get nowt if you don't ask. Thanks for looking.

Its a perfectly good question.

Another option is to see if someone like PaulF or Rayward would take your unit in and test it.

I'll happily give the Megajolt a once over for dry joints, misplaced components, etc if you're happy to send it down to me. I don't have a car I can test it on though.

Thanks chaps, I didn't think of someone testing it for me

We're gonna change the back axle in a short while so if I take the megajolt out, it'll be then.

Thanks.

I can put it on my test rig and check it over , are you going to Newark? I have a couple of spare units so could take one there for you to try. What are the symptoms with the unit? it is unlikely to be affected by engine temperature.
