Zetec Exhaust Front part
Any one know the best/cheapest supplier of the above for a book chasis.
I already have the silencer part and GBS/lolocost seem to be doing one for £145, anyone got any experience of an exhaust from them. Or any
alternatives for the same price or cheaper.
Don't have the welding skills to make my own.

Manifold
Fixed link ?
I'm on the lookout for a cheap manifold, I'm using a cast-iron Mondeo one, with a modified downpipe, but it's heavy and damn ugly

I'll be using a standard boat anchor zetec manifold. I looked at the GBS?lolocost ones for £145, I'm sure they work but they don't
look that neat but I guess thats why they are £145 not £300 odd from MK et al. I was going to buy a silencer and make or get made a link peice.

Keep an eye out for a CVH one - they come up from time to time on the Westfield forum and can easily be made to fit the Zetec.

I have I have the 1.8 fitted to my car and used part the existing downpipe, cutting and welding where required to allow the exhaust to exit from the
body probably took an hour to sort out. This is obviousy mild steel my exhaust silencer and pipe is satinless. I then made a tempate of the curve
required to exit the body and connect to the silencer and took it to Martin Keenan who produced the section required
