MTX (FWD) box dimensions <--- Zetec users read this!!
Any of you Zetec users get your engine from an Escort? I'm after the dimensions of the MTX gearbox as used in mk5 Escort Zetecs, particularly
the length and position of the diff relative to the bell housing. Can anyone help?
Alternatively if anyone wants to give their box away for a trial fitment..?  I'm after a 4WD version really (from the RS2000 16v) but could
trial fit a FWD if it was free/cheap!
BTW the MTX is the one with the starter 'on top' of the bellhousing and with cable operated gear change. Fitted to Mk5/6 130PS 1.8
Escorts, Mk5/6 RS2000, Mondeos and 2.0 Focus'
