V6 Type 9 Gearbox with long input shaft
As above - I was sold a short input shaft gearbox under the pretense it was the long version.
Based in Hampshire Local would be great but can travel and or willing to pay a courrier..
Many Thanks
Jon

I've got one from a V6 Sierra XR4x4 - I think that's a long input shaft if you fancy transplanting the input shaft into the 2wd box.
It's supposed to be fairly easy, but I understand if you don't fancy it.....

You don't need to do that, just take the 4x4 tail section off and replace with the 2wd tail section, although you will have to drill the
selector rod as they are different (you also won't have a speedo drive as there is no cog on the 4x4 to drive it - they drive off the front diff
instead)
Normal is getting dressed in clothes that you buy for work and driving through traffic in a
car that you are still paying for - in order to get to the job you need to pay for the clothes
and the car, and the house you leave vacant all day so you can afford to live in it.

DJ Tom thanks for the offer however the further response from Mr G seems to remove that from my options. Thank you anyway.
Pat,
I await your reply.
