Wanted!!! I need to find a bit of hose and i know you guys can help

I need to find myself a reducing 90 deg elbow that goes from 80mm to 60mm
Just like this one SAMCO 80MM-60MM OIL RESISTANT 90 DEGREE REDUCER ELBOW on eBay (end time 12-Feb-11 10:54:28 GMT)
but i dont need it to be fuel resistant or that expensive

Its to go between my air flow meter and my turbo inlet as im changing where my air filter is going to sit in the engine bay due to the new intercooler and rad positions and need to get the cold air to it

so can anybody point me in the right direction please

Many thanks
Tommy

http://www.rallydesign.co.uk/product_info.php?cPath=147_1950_1955&products_id=14132

but its only 76mm to 60mm

looks like you have a difficult one there.

What about this one
SAMCO XTREME 80MM-60MM 90 DEGREE REDUCER HOSE on eBay (end time 12-Feb-11 13:59:27 GMT)

£32 though

ive seen the 76mm ones,i just dont think it will strech enough :-( which is a right pain and i dont want to force it over the air flow meter as its a bit fragile and about £200 second hand to replace

I have had exactly the same issue with an 80mm maff fitting and a 3" hose. (at 2 in the morning before race day )

we spent a slipery hour trying allsorts to fit it, as the silicon would strech but the fibre reinforcement wouldnt let it go over the bead on the maff.

I ended up putting the maff in the lathe, turning the jaws round on a 3 jaw to pick up on the inside edge, then turning the bead flat to the body diameter then taking a mm off the body material to leave a bead, the plasic in my case was ample thick to begin with and machines to a near mirror finish.

just a thought!
