Ben, as you've probably noticed sierra 3.38 and 3.14 diffs are becomimg more difficiult to find. While I've got one of each, they're
not for sale at present. However, have you thought about sourcing a 3.36 diff. They're available in ford scorpio turbo diesel saloons. The lobro
shafts are interchangeable with standard sierra shafts (big spline) by removing the circlip in the diff retaining the shaft end and the casing is only
slightly wider. I'm sure you will be able to get one form the breakers yard more easily than one of the seirra ones. Remember its a scoprio (bug
eyed model) you need and not the earlier granada scorpio. Good luck in your search.
