Petrol Filler hose
Hi, I am looking for a piece of petrol filler pipe 2" (52mm) diameter about 10" long.
It must be flexible or in a gentle formed 90 degree bend or near 90 degree.
At the moment I have a piece of the very thin black plastic flexi pipe with the wire reinforcing, but this will not seal even with two jubilee clips
on at each end.
Something with a decent wall thickness would be best or any ideas where from or what vehicle a suitable piece from?
Any help appreciated.

I doubt that you will get a 10" hose that is flexible enough AND petrol proof.
You need a tight 90 degree bend - CBS do an approved one made by Gates I believe, or Europa do them (thats where I bought mine)

I used the ThinkAuto hose, similar length on a tight bend and it worked fine. Post a picture later.

I searched everywhere for a piece of hose at reasonable money,in the end I used a Mondeo filler hose its 1 3/4 inch bore highly flexible then welded a
piece of suitable exhaust pipe into my tank neck and filler neck.Obviously this isnt an option if youve got an ali tank.
