top balljoint nut
somehow i've managed to misplace one of the transit top balljoint nuts and they appear to be a non standard metric thread, does anyone have a
spare kicking about they would send me for the price of postage/whatever as none of the local motorfactors/tool shops seem to have/stock them.
cheers,
Ned.
ps i'm guessing it is m12 x1.5 if anyone can confirm this?
beware, I've got yellow skin

Mate,
If you have to order them new from somewhere (like AHC Camberley!) get me a couple would you please?
Mine got a bit flattened being used to hammer the BJ from the upright!
Cheers,
James

Havent you heard of ball joint splitters?
Hehe
As for the nut I seem to remember the thread on the ball joints varies depending on the manufacturer. Measure the OD of the thread with a vernier, if
its M12 it will be about 11.9mm or so. M12 fine pitch is 1.25mm.
