5 stud wheels

Any one know where I can find some wheels to suit the old (new?) ford 5 stud hubs? Preferably nice shiny ones in a 14"-15"x6.5". Even more preferably for free Or any info on adapting 5 stud to the 4 stud pattern.

you could get some hubcentric adaptors made up to your design.

I have had some made to adapt ford pcd108 to lotus pcd95.25. Custom made and all in at £200.

i have heard of people removing the 5 studs, welding the holes up and then drilling new 4 stud holes in the good hub material.
I have no first hand experience of this myself.

Liking the sound of Merc wheels! Anyone got a spare set?
Don't really want to pay £200 for the pleasure of fitting 4 stud wheels. Planning on spending less than £200 for the wheels in the first place.
Anyone know how reliable welding the holes up is? Don't like the sound of that, seems a bit iffy as an idea.
Ps cheers all.
