Name this Part!!!!!!!!! (please)
Okay I thought this was going to be easy but I can't find out what these are called or where to get them in bulk (200 or so)?
Who's going enlighten me first?
Approx. dimensions: Hex: 10mm / 3/8"
Screw:20mm - 25mm
Washer: 20mm
I've seen them holding on car wings and such like.

Galvanized roof bolts?? Depending on how big the thing is I've seen the big uns on roofs and little black ones in bits of trim on motors.

Their called Tek screws, as said industrial roofing and cladding is fixed with them.

GTC Direct have them in their catalogue as coach screws. Good source for screws bolts and rivets etc.

Used to be a varition called "Tapptite" screws that the british motor industry used for a few years, Chrysler UK even used them to hold
on the water pump on the Chrysler Sunbeam 930cc.

Taptite screws need the hole drilling for them though and are ridiculously easy to strip, where as tek screws will drill there own and come in a
diverse variety of shapes, lengths and type depending on what material and how thick it is.
