sierra 4x4 o/s track control arm

it seems the bj on the o/s tca on my trusty 4x4 has dried out and started creaking, anybody got one they can post me from a donor?

I stripped a 4x4 a few years ago and might have one in my collection of valuable spares (pile of sh** in the garage) Will try and have a look in the morning if i have time as tin top going for its M.O.T.

Just checked my stock and they are both shot. Why do we keep those things. Tin top passed its mot though.

How much is a new arm Nat, are they similar to standard sierra tca?
