i have a wheel boss and pad that i lend out for sva, flak-monkey has it atm so i could get him to post it to you if you like, just send it on when your finished with it.

I got one for £20 from Halfords and one from ebay for £5 with a wheel attached collected from Mansfield. Here's one worth a look.

Your boss doesn't have to be collapsible if your column is. Lots of cars including mine have passed SVA with those fitted. It has to be equivalent to a manufacturer part which a Sierra column is, the Sierra doesn't have a collapsible steering wheel boss.
